DATADOT TECHNOLOGY RETURN POLICY

DataDot Technology USA, Inc. has made it standard policy that all product may be returned within 90 days of the manufacturing date as indicated on each unit in order to receive a refund for the full cost of the product, excluding shipping costs. Customer must provide written notification to DataDot Technology USA, Inc. of the intent to return the product within the 90 day limit as described above. Product must be un-used, unopened, not registered and in the DataDot Technology USA, Inc facility within the 90 day time period. A 15% restocking & processing fee applies. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM KITS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Beyond 90 days and up to the shelf life of the product, DataDot Technology USA, Inc. will accept ONLY product which has been found to have a legitimate manufacturing defect. In order to receive replacement product, defective product must be shipped to DDUSA production facility within 30 days of a defection complaint. The DDUSA production and research team will review said defective product and will determine the best course of action following review
